Warranty

abee warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty periods listed below, starting from the date of purchase.

If the product fails to operate properly within the warranty period, abee may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. If the original model has been discontinued or is out of stock, a functionally equivalent or similar replacement product or part may be provided.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover:

• Product malfunction caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, lack of maintenance, accidents, modification, alteration, or repair by any unauthorized person or entity.
• Products used together with ancillary or peripheral equipment not provided or certified by abee for use with the product.
• Damage to the product or any ancillary or peripheral equipment resulting from such use.
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper installation, external causes, or natural disasters, this warranty does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Dash Cam Recording Disclaimer

abee Dash Cams are designed to record and save video footage of vehicle incidents. However, abee does not guarantee that all accidents or incidents will be recorded or that the corresponding video footage will be successfully saved.

Accidents involving minor impact may not be recorded if the impact is not strong enough to activate the impact detection sensor. Recording may also be affected by microSD card failure, memory card errors, or other storage-related issues.
